Account and security settings

Manage your profile, password, passkeys, linked accounts, active sessions, connected apps, and account deletion.

Open the user menu and choose Settings. Account settings belong to your user identity and are separate from the active organization's members, API keys, billing, usage, and danger zone.

General

Use General to update your name, email, preferred language, and appearance. The supported interface languages are English and German. Appearance lets you choose the application theme; theme switching also remains available in the user menu. The current avatar is an initials-based display rather than an editable upload. An email change may require verification before the new address is trusted for sign-in or notifications.

Security

The Security page groups four controls:

ControlUse it for
PasswordSet a password for an account that does not have one, or change the existing password.
Connected accountsReview or connect supported identity-provider accounts.
PasskeysAdd a device-backed passkey or remove a passkey you no longer control.
Active sessionsReview signed-in sessions and revoke one that is unfamiliar or no longer needed.

After a lost device, suspected credential exposure, or unexpected connected account, revoke the affected sessions first, then rotate the password and any organization API keys that may have been accessible from that device.

Connected apps

Connected Apps lists OAuth clients you approved, the organization each grant can access, its read/write/execute scopes, connection time, and last use. Revoking a connected app invalidates its grant and the access and refresh tokens issued from it.

Revoking a connected app does not delete a separately created organization API key. Review Organization Settings → API Keys independently.

Billing

Account Billing opens the plan and payment-management experience available to the signed-in user. Organization usage and credit activity remain under the active organization's settings. See Billing, credits, and quotas for the current allowances and charge rules.

Danger zone

Deleting your account removes the user identity and is different from deleting an organization or a project. Before confirming any destructive action:

  1. switch to the exact account or organization scope you intend to remove;
  2. transfer ownership of organizations that must remain accessible;
  3. export or hand off data that must be retained;
  4. review the confirmation dialog's stated impact.

Organization deletion is documented in Workspace administration. Project deletion and its linked-resource impact are documented in Projects.
