NovaSynth
Run repeatable synthetic voice and chat interactions against a reachable agent.
NovaSynth combines synthetic personas and scenarios with a supported LiveKit, phone, or HTTP Chat connection. It executes individual or batch sessions, then uses a managed dataset, ETL job, and Eval Job to analyze successful synthetic traces.
Use NovaSynth for
- pre-release quality gates
- prompt and agent regressions
- edge-case and adversarial coverage
- language and interaction-style coverage
- deployment comparisons through separate batches
Execution and analysis are separate. A conversation can complete while dataset processing or evaluation is pending or failed.
Production tracing is optional for NovaSynth execution. Add it when production observability and real-traffic comparison are also required.
